1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 c. flour
Mix together and press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 c. coconut
Sprinkle chips and coconut over baked crust. 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together and pour over coconut and chips. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the top layer is set. Cool slightly before cutting into bars.
