8 oz. cream cheese (very soft) 1 lb. fresh crab meat 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. onion juice (opt.) 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. powdered sugar Dash of salt Mix all above ingredients together then add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Bake at 300 degrees until it bubbles then keep it hot - serve with crackers. |
