CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF DIP
 

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) chipped beef, sliced thin
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees, 10-15 minutes. Transfer to chafing dish. Serve with crackers.
