1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 beaten egg

Mix and pat into 13 x 9 greased pan. Mix together:

1 box powdered sugar
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over the above mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
