6 lg. peeled, cored tomatoes 2 c. green peppers, seeded, chopped 1 1/2 - 2 c. hot pepper (chili jalapeno) 1 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Pour into hot jars leaving 1/2 inch head space. Secure lids and rings. Process in boiling water bath 30 minutes. |
