3 qts. chopped tomatoes, scalded & peeled 1/2 c. chopped onion 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 c. green pepper, chopped 2 1/2 tsp. canning salt 1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies 1/2 c. brown sugar Boil 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal. For double batch, add 5 hot chilies or less besides the 4 oz. can of mild chilies. |
