24 mushrooms (1 1/2 inch caps) 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham 3 tbsp. onions, minced Dash of steak sauce 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs 24 melba rounds Wash mushrooms, remove stem. Chp stems finely. Mix with deviled ham, onion, steak sauce and bread crumbs. Fill caps with ham mixture, rounding slightly. Place in shallow pan. Broil slowly for 15 minutes. Serve each on small Melba Toast Rounds. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms. |
