BEAN DIP PLATTER
 

2 lg. cans refried beans or about 4 c. homemade
4 avocados, mashed
3/4-1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. tomato, diced
Green onions, diced (optional)
Olives, diced
Tortilla chips

Spread beans as bottom layer in casserole dish. Then starting about 1/2 inch from side spread avocados as next layer. Do the same with remaining ingredients must be refrigerated until ready to use. Looks festive and tastes great. Can be made in advance.
