1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
1/3 c. butter
6 quarts popped popcorn

Combine marshmallows and butter over low heat or use a double boiler. Stir well until melted. Pour over popped popcorn. Form into balls as soon as syrup is cool enough to handle.
