6 tbsp. butter 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/8 tsp. ground ginger 3 c. spoon size shredded wheat biscuits Melt butter in skillet. Blend in seasonings. Add shredded wheat and toss to coat with butter. Heat 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. (Or, reheat in oven just before serving). Makes 3 cups. |
