1 1/4 sticks butter 1 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) dates, chopped 1 c. pecans 2 c. Rice Krispies Powdered sugar Vanilla Melt butter in heavy saucepan or skillet. Add sugar and dates. Cook 10 minutes. Add nuts (chopped), 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups Rice Krispies. Roll mixture into balls then into powdered sugar. |
