BEEF TERIYAKI
 

1 flank steak or London broil
Bamboo sticks, skewers

MARINADE:

1 clove garlic
1 c. honey
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger

Cut steak into thin strips. Place in deep dish. In blender combine the marinade ingredients and blend for one minute. Pour over beef strips. Marinate 6 to 8 hours. Remove strips from marinade and thread onto bamboo skewers. Grill over charcoal until desired doneness or broil in oven.
