CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS
 

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. dry parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper

Rinse and pat dry the wings, cut in 2 pieces. Melt butter in saucepan. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Dip wings lightly in butter, then in bread crumb mixture.

Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Can freeze. Reheat at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
