PEPPERONI PUFFS
 

1 lb. pepperoni
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water

Remove casing from pepperoni. Spoon meat into large bowl. Add cheese, Bisquick, water. Mix well with fork. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until puffs are brown. Cool on wire rack.
