1 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. vinegar 1/3 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 garlic cloves Mix all ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce about 3 hours. Use with cut up beef for shish kebabs, for broiled chicken, or charcoal steaks. |
