7 or 8 oz. Brie cheese (cut horizontally) 2 tbsp. butter, melted (microwave high for 45 seconds)
Pour butter over Brie. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts (can use walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts). Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with sliced druit, apples or pears.
