HOT AND CREAMY VEGETABLE DIP
 

1 env. Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 1/2 oz.)
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Assorted crackers

Preheat oven to 350.

In 1 quart casserole, combine vegetable recipe soup mix, Ricotta, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and bacon. Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese; bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
