HOT ARTICHOKE AND CHEESE DIP
 

1 can (8 1/2 oz.) artichoke hearts (packed in water, drained)
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated hearts, drained
1 can (4 oz.) sliced green chilies
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Chop the artichokes, mix and distribute evenly over the bottom of a well greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Scatter the chilies on top, then carefully spread the mayonnaise over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill.

Heat at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, 15 minutes. If refrigerated ahead of time, heat for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
