1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts 1 (6 oz.) can crab 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 1/4 - 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter Drain artichoke hearts. Chop with crab meat. Add remaining ingredients (except buttered crumbs). Spoon into lightly greased 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs which have been mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers as a spread. |
