MOUNT ST. HELENS' "HAYSTACK"
 

15 oz. can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 avocados
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, chopped
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. cheddar cheese, mild
1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. alfalfa sprouts
Tostados

Mix together the beans and taco seasoning. Spread on a plate. Next, mix together the avocados and lemon juice. Spread on top of the beans.

Next, layer the jalapeno peppers then black olives, then chopped onions and then the jack cheese. Next layer the cheddar cheese and chopped tomatoes.

Garnish the top with the alfalfa sprouts to look like a haystack, and serve this with tostados as a dip.
