3/4 lb. smoked fish 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese 2 tbsp. half and half cream 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Crispy raw vegetables Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake fish. Combine all ingredients except vegetables; mix thoroughly. Chill. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes two cups. |
