1/2 lb. 80% ground beef (ground chicken or turkey for lower calories) 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix 1 pkg. or 2 pkg. refrigerator biscuits Yellow American cheese slices Dill pickle slices 1 egg Separate biscuits into rounds and press into muffin tin. Mix ground beef, egg and soup mix. Add 1 tablespoon mixture into biscuit round. Top with 1/4 slice cheese and 1 dill pickle slice. Cover with another biscuit round to make top, sealing edges. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown. |
