BLEU CHEESE PINWHEELS
 

1 pkg. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. bleu cheese
2-4 tbsp. cream or milk
18 green olives stuffed with pimento (cut into circular halves)

Unroll the crescent rolls to form two rectangles. Spread with mixtures of cream cheese, bleu cheese and enough cream to make a spreadable consistency. Roll up rectangles starting with short side. Slice into 1/4 inch slices. Top each pinwheel slice with a slice of olive and bake 375 degrees 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Makes 36 pinwheels of 2 inch diameter.
