2 cans jalapeno pepper bean dip 1 c. green onions, diced 3 med. avocados 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayo 1 pkg. taco seasoning 3 med. tomatoes 2 cans ripe olives, sliced 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Put bean dip mixture (first 2 ingredients) on large tray, then avocado mixture (avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper), then sour cream mixture (sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning). Top with tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Walk around it and enjoy. |
