2 lg. avocados, peeled, pitted & cut up 4 tsp. lemon or lime juice 1/3 c. mild or med. salsa In medium bowl, mash avocado with fork. Add lime juice and stir until well blended. Gently stir in salsa. Cover. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with tacos or tortilla chips. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
