3 TIMES A CHARM WING SAUCE
 

3 lbs chicken wings
1/3 cup garlic chile sauce
1/4 cup bar-b-que sauce (hickory flavored)
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 shots of Forty Creek Canadian Whisky
1/2 shot white wine
3/8 cup molasses
1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce or to taste
few pinches of both salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl.

Deep fry wings in oil at 350 F degrees until golden brown and crispy.

Remove wings from oil and put in bowl with sauce and toss until well coated.

Serve with blue cheese and carrots and celery sticks.

Now Enjoy!
