Oil a baking sheet liberally. Place wings on sheet. Do not overlap.
Cook wings for 30 minutes at 425°F. Refrigerate the wings for up to 2 hours.
Heat frying oil to 350°F and fry for 13-15 minutes or until crisp.
Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk to combine.
Remove wings and dry on a wire rack or paper towels.
Toss in sauce to coat.
