6 oz V-8 Juice Tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2-3 dashes hot sauce (Louisiana or Tabasco) cracked fresh black pepper 1/4 fresh lime divided 2 oz vodka cracked ice celery stick (cleaned but untrimmed or dill pickle) Shake V-8, Worcestershire, hot sauce, two grinds of pepper, 1/8 of lime juiced, and vodka together. Pour over cracked ice in 12 oz glass. Twist remaining 1/8 lime over drink and add a grind of pepper. Poke celery or pickle into drink and enjoy. Submitted by: John K |

Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 dashes hot sauce (Louisiana or Tabasco)
(can also, substitute jalepeno juice for hot sauce..excellente!)
1 tsp of fresh horseradish (taste as go..more..is better)
1/4 fresh lemon or lime divided
vodka
celery stick
Shake V-8, Worcestershire, hot sauce, horseradish, lemon or lime juiced, and vodka together.
Pour over cracked ice in 12 oz glass. Twist remaining 1/8 lime over drink. Poke celery. We make all the ingredients in a gallon container (without the vodka) and let it marinate before serving to guests...the longer it sets..the better it is. Horseradish is an excellent addition to the mixture. Enjoy!!
