Learn how to use a variety of different beans in a medley of healthful dishes that will be just right-whether cooking for two or a crowd.

Pour out juice (liquid) from beans. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Make a sauce ... salt. Pour over beans, egg and ... Garnish with green pepper rings if desired. This salad is a welcome change from potato or macaroni salad.
Melt fat in ... Arrange in a buttered casserole in alternate layers with the beans. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Mix together; dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
Combine the beans, celery, pickles and onions. Mix well. Add eggs, seasonings and mayonnaise, mixing lightly. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with grated cheese.
Toss together lightly and chill. Peppers and carrots, chopped could be added.
Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Trim with egg slices.
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.
Blend above. Heat 4 minutes in microwave. Serve warm with chips.
Mix everything together and serve with Ritz crackers only.
