Smoothies, shakes and frappes are a great way to consume fruit in a drink as all the flesh is used as opposed to juices, which leave the fibre behind.

Place all ingredients in blender container; blend for 1 minute. Serve cold. Serves 3.
Blend all ingredients together.
Mix vanilla ice cream, banana, preserves and milk in blender until smooth. (Yield: 2 large shakes.)
