In a medium ... Makes 1 cup dressing. Per diet serving; 1 cup fruit, 2 tbsp. dressing; 100 calories, 3 grams protein, 0 grams fat, 22 grams carbohydrate.
Combine all ingredients; stir with a wire whisk until well blended. Chill. Yield: 4 cups.
In a small ... mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, poppy seed, ... to make the dressing of desired consistency. ... up fresh fruit. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing.
Put ingredients in blender, in order listed. blend at high speed. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
