Put broccoli in serving bowl, ... bacon bits over salad, toss lightly ... equal to: 2 servings vegetable, 1 tbsp. limited vegetable, 1 fat, 1 fruit, 1 extra.

Mix together well. Chill. Makes 2 servings.

Combine above ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Mix together.

Cover the bottom ... 6th layer - dressing. Spread the broccoli florets over the dressing. Garnish top with sliced Italian tomatoes. Yields: 10-12 servings.

If made ahead, combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and onion. Add bacon when you add dressing, just before serving.

Keep raisins and peanuts out until ready to serve. Put them in last.

Mix all ingredients and chill. 4 servings. One serving=1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat.

Mix the vegetables together. Prepare dressing and pour over salad a couple hours before serving.

Cut into small pieces: Toss with vegetables.

Mix together 2 tablespoons Weight Watchers mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Weight Watchers Italian dressing. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of salad mixture.
