Squeeze the juice ... strain this mixture. To the simmered mixture, add the gallon of cider, juice from oranges and lemons, sugar, rum and brandy. Serve warm.
Simmer apple cider, cinnamon, allspice and mace for 30 minutes. Add rum and brandy. Can be kept warm in coffee maker.
Mix all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves. Serve piping hot. Makes 28 cups.
