The rich culinary tradition of China is largely inspired by a calendar year filled with joyous occasions for eating, drinking and making merry.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl-excluding chips. Micro-cook till cheese is melted. Serve with chips or can be used as a side dish.
Melt cheese. Add beans, meat, sauce and milk. Stir well and let sit until smooth. Keep hot in chafing dish and serve with nacho chips.
Spread cream cheese ... 9 baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Spread chili over cream cheese. Top with Velveeta and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip in!
Cook and drain meat. Melt cheese and combine with Rotel and soup. Add meat and simmer until dip thickens.
Brown ground beef and drain. Place beef in crock pot. Add cheese and salsa to meat. Put crock pot on HIGH. Let mixture melt together.
Layer in baking dish in above order. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite Mexican Chips and Salsa.
