Soak shucks in hot water to soften.

Brown above ingredients ... meat mixture from gravy with colander and ... well; roll into tamale papers, stand in ... hours. Then make a hog out of yourself!

Put the roasting ... reheated in the tamale. This really ... a thick red gravy. Strain this, ... make the gravy. Then put the tamale together the next day.

Boil the corn ... chicken or the gravy if you like ... Wrap the finished tamale in the paper ... all uneaten tamales for a later date. Serves 10 or more.
