We've all been there. Maybe there is a week, maybe only a day or two until the big event.
Tip: Try salad dressing for more results.

Blend all these ... and adding more lemon juice to make Tahini-Lemon Dressing or 2 teaspoons crushed mint leaves for Tahini-Mint Dressing. Makes 2 cups.
Put ginger and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover with oil and blend to a fine paste. Add remaining oil, lemon juice, tahini, and tamari. Blend again.
Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use as a dressing for any vegetable salad. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
