The recipes in this volume encourage the use of fruit at its seasonal peak when it is at its best - ripe, plump, fragrant, and good for you.
Tip: Try fruit salad for more results.

Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours in refrigerator. Serve.
Make the pudding with the pineapple juice with enough water added to make 2 cups. Cool pudding. Then pour over drained fruit. Add the bananas.
Drain fruit extremely well. Mix all ingredients together. Hot tip: best when prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.
