This cookbook was inspired by my best friend who happens to be a vegetarian and allergic to milk, casein to be exact.

Mix the ingredients in the blender for 30-50 seconds, or until well blended. Marinate the shish kabobs in the refrigerator for 6 or more hours.
Simple... just put ... enough for the kabobs to be totally ... out of your marinade. When you ... you are cooking beef and like it rare or medium rare.
Mix all ingredients ... steaks or chicken. Can be marinated several hours. Kabobs: Chicken, steak, pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes.
