The word cookbook does not do justice to this work. It is far more than a collection of delicious recipes, although that's not a bad start.

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit several hours before serving.
Drain fruit. Mix together Cool Whip and pistachio pudding. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, folding in. Refrigerate overnight.
Mix dry pistachio pudding with crushed pineapple. Add cottage cheese, mix together. Add Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate and serve 24 hours later.
Combine cottage cheese and pineapple well. Add dry pudding to cottage cheese ... and 1 package strawberry jello for the pistachio pudding. Make as above.
Mix in medium size bowl, after all has been complete place in refrigerator and it is ready to be served.
Mix together puddings and pineapple - ... until thoroughly mixed. Add cottage cheese, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Chill until ready to serve. Delicious!
Let Cool Whip defrost somewhat. Mix with pistachio pudding. Add all of the other ingredients. Stir and refrigerate.
Put cottage cheese in bowl; sprinkle pistachio pudding over cheese. Add pineapple, pecans, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. Chill before serving.
Mix dry pudding with pineapple. Add to cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip.
Add pineapple and pistachio pudding together first, then add cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Chill and serve. (Carney's Point)
