These are recipes which are all accessible to the Western cook, whether served individually or in combination as a complete Japanese meal.

Pour milk into a bowl and add Cool Whip and pudding. Beat until peaks form 4 to 6 minutes.
Combine whipped topping and milk. Beat at high speed until peaks form. Add pudding mix, and beat until fluffy.
