Cream cheese and sugar together, add all other ingredients by hand and freeze to set.
Mix cake mix ... and bake. Mix pineapple and sugar; boil ... pineapple over cake. Cool. Mix pudding ... Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill and serve.
Mix all together and put in a pan (9 x 13) and freeze. Can make day ahead.
Beat cream cheese ... nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. (Can be frozen for 4-6 weeks.) Other fruit, like peach slices, grapes or frozen strawberries can also be used.
NOTES: Drain pineapple first - save ... greased pan. Beat together 10 minutes. Spread over graham crackers. Layer. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cherries.
Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat well, pour over crust. Chill well.
Mix pudding with pineapple as they are from the can. Mix all other ingredients, except Cool Whip. After well mixed, fold in Cool Whip.
Make cake layers ... 20 minutes. Let cool. Make pudding ... each strawberries, bananas, pineapple, coconut, nuts ... mix. Then Cool Whip. Repeat with ... any fruits you desire.
