Inspired by traditional south-of-the-border recipes, the Coyote Cafe's exotic drinks are wildly colorful, easy to make, and healthful.

Combine pineapple with ... stirring until soft. Pour into large mixing bowl. Place in refrigerator until sets up. Add Cool Whip and stir well before serving.
Mix cottage cheese and Jello. Add drained fruit and most of the Cool Whip. Mix and serve in a dessert dish on a lettuce leaf.
Mix pudding mix, buttermilk, and Cool Whip. Add fruit. Chill and serve.
Drain pineapple and oranges well. Sprinkle orange ... stir gently. Fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Dissolve gently. If desired, garnish with cherries.
Drain oranges and pineapple and mix with cottage cheese, Jello (dry), pecans (if desired) and Cool Whip to suit self. Mix well and chill.
Stir oranges, pineapple and dry Jello together. Add cottage cheese and stir in Cool Whip until color is even. You can substitute lime Jello.
Let Cool Whip thaw. Mix with cottage cheese. Sprinkle in Jello and mix. Add all remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
Mix Jello and sugar in hot water to dissolve. Let cool and add cottage cheese. Fold in pineapple and Cool Whip. Chill.
Sprinkle Jello into Cool Whip that has been partially thawed; add drained pineapple. Add nuts and let stay in refrigerator overnight.
Drain fruits; use ... add water. When cool, add other ... congealed, serve as salad or dessert. You ... grapes, celery or anything you would care to use.
