Combine cucumbers, onions, ... the water from vegetables. Cover with vinegar and add sugar and seed. Boil and seal. Yields 6 to 8 pints of sweet relish.
Boil and thicken with 3 tablespoons flour. Bottle while hot.
Grind pared, sliced ... and cook for 20-25 minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Process for 5 minutes in a hot water bath. Makes 4 - 5 pints of relish.
Soak overnight, drain, cover with 1 quart vinegar. Add: 2 tbsp. mustard seed 2 tbsp. celery seed Bring to boil. Pack in jars and seal.
