Put milk in blender. Add vanilla and frozen banana a little at a time. If a thicker shake is preferred, add ice cubes until desired thickness.

Put milk, sweetener and fruit in blender. Blend while adding ice cubes, one at a time.

Put in blender to mix. You can also use other kinds of frozen fruit or a small can of unsweetened pineapple. You could also use 2 teaspoons sugar.

Mix all ingredients, except ice, in blender. Add one cube at a time and blend well.

Put all ingredients into blender for 3 minutes. Serve.

Mix all together and shake chicken pieces in it.
