Mix all ingredients and marinate flank steak for several hours before grilling or broiling, can marinate overnight.

Mix and marinate steak a few hours or overnight. (I use less garlic salt.)
Trim steaks and score diagonally. Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ... pan. Grill for 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce and honey together. Chop and add onion and garlic. Place meat of your choice in a dish and marinate for a day.
