Boil chicken livers and butter 1/2 ... ingredients a little at a time in a blender, plus leftover broth until all is mixed. Fill 1 pound tub and refrigerate.
Fry liver and onion in butter, put in blender and add balance of ingredients. Keep in refrigerator.
Fry liver with onion and butter (grind together) and add garlic salt or powder to taste; then add just enough mayonnaise to hold the paste together.
