The age-old pleasures of the Italian meal come vividly to life in this new vegetarian cookbook.

To prepare the fish, first toast ... a minute to stand. Then, when done, drizzle this sauce over the fish and you are sure to have a delicious dinner:).
Mix together. Stir until smooth. Dip small chunks of cod into batter and deep fry until golden brown at 375 degrees. May be dipped into following sauces.
Beat egg. Add dry ingredients, then water. Mixture should be thin. Dip fish/vegetables. Deep fry in peanut oil. Keep warm on platter.
Mix ingredients all together.
Also will need: Put all ingredients for the batter in a bowl, ... golden brown on both sides. Drain. Serve with Sweet Tomato Relish. (Jersey City-First)
