1. CRISP POTATO PANCAKES
Beat egg slightly. Stir potatoes and egg together. Melt ... brown and firm. Serves 4.

2. POTATO PANCAKES PLUS
Combine potatoes, corn, caraway seeds ... Flour hands and form potato mixture into pancake size. ... as needed for proper consistency.
Ingredients: 7  (eggs .. flour .. inch .. potatoes .. seeds ...)
3. POTATO PANCAKES
Mix potatoes, egg, onion, salt ... until brown on both sides.
Ingredients: 5  (milk .. onion ...)
4. POTATO PANCAKES
Use left over mashed potatoes, add egg, baking powder, onion, salt and pepper. Mix up and cook in hot frying pan.
