Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add Kool-Aid and sugar; mix well. Add cold water; put in popsicle container. Allow space for expansion.
Mix Kool Aid, sugar and ... saucepan to boiling. Add to Kool Aid mixture. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
