Cook It Light is a necessity for all who are trying to reduce calories, sodium, and fat in their diets.

Mix all together and pour into large, lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.
Combine all ingredients except milk. Just before cooking, add milk. Drop by teaspoons into deep hot fat. Cook until done.
Make cake mix per directions in ... pan. Mix pudding and pineapple together. Spread on top of COLD cake. Add Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Add nuts if you desire.
